主要通過過濾材料(如:漆霧過濾棉等)進行物理攔截,來進行漆霧的過濾。
在噴漆過程中,氣流帶動過噴的漆霧顆粒,進入迷宮式漆霧折流板進行對大顆粒漆霧的攔截,然后再利用漆霧過濾棉的物理效應來進行進一步的容納剩余的漆霧顆粒。經過凈化后的氣流,再通過活性炭廢氣凈化,去除氣流中所含的VOC氣體,然后通過排風系統(tǒng)高空達標排放。
